It’s odd but I only feel safe when I’m by myself. Immediately I go into fight or flight when I’m near anyone else and I think this is my body’s way of saying I need to live by myself, work from home, never get romantically involved and stop having friends
Social anxiety baby. Your body has to learn that not all social interactions lead to something negative. You are not being hunted for sport! You are loved, valued, and appreciated!!!

Yup that’s the one. Unfortunately I’ve just dealt with it my entire life to the point I can’t do anything about it anymore so it’s not bugging me. I genuinely don’t mind the idea of spending my life by myself.
