honey i mean this in the best way possible, but stop telling people you can’t trust that you were assaulted. it’s sad, but men, even male romantic partners, can sometimes see this as a weakness that they can exploit in you. please don’t talk to people about that unless you’re POSITIVE you can trust them

i really appreciate this sentiment, it was a guy i had been friends with for years and i just got the tattoo a week ago. i thought i could trust him with that information as i have been able to trust him with other deep things and clearly i could not with this. :/
