For context it’s an old building and for whatever reason the little twist lock in the handle occasionally goes into the locked position. Both doors have an electronic lock that is deactivated with an id card but the twist lock operates separately. There’s another door other door doesn’t have this problem and there’s a group chat for the whole building where you can ask someone to come unlock it or even unlock it yourself after going around. There was no reason to be beating the door down.
