everyone hates on corporate jobs but as somebody who’s exclusively worked food industry or hands on tutoring positions, my corporate job is like a dream. i make 60k a year to sit at a desk and do tasks inside with my friends and they cater my lunches

idk that’s you, but for me i’ve NEVER experienced such financial security. it’s such a breath of fresh air not worrying about money, and also everyone at my job is basically my age so im having a blast and also paying off my loans really quickly. fun jobs are cool if they pay you well, but ive worked a lot of “on my feet” jobs and loose scheduled jobs and free lance positions and THAT sucked the soul of me bc i was always busy and stressed. for other ppl seeing this, don’t write it off so fast
