Is this a safe space to say I think some people take “free the bush” stuff to far? I have sensory issues and hate ALL my body hair, so I shave frequently, but when I finally asked online waxing recommendations I got shamed for wanting to get rid of it

Totally agree with you I think it’s a great thing that bush is becoming more acceptable because it’s natural and there’s nothing wrong with it, but a lot of women take it way too far and shame people who don’t want to have them

Absolutely valid! If you ever want to invest in *permanent removal*, electrolysis would be the way to go. If not, the best advice with waxing is going to be to take gentle care of your skin a few days before and a few days after!

I’ve been accused of being male centered and misogynistic for not liking having a bush on me

No literally, even my own sisters have made jokes about it and brag about them not shaving anywhere and call me weird. I’ve never even been on a date so it’s def not a male centered thing either
