Did you go to the dentist? I had a similar stained spot but it wasn’t a cavity according to the dentist either, just a surface stain. For tooth sensitivity the sensitive toothpaste (sensodyne and generic versions of it) actually really helps me too.

I did! He said it just looked like a weird divot that wasn’t exactly a cavity but could have been from some sort of damage that healed I think? I forgot exactly what he said tbh but it wasn’t a cavity. I love sensodyne! I use it every day :3
