just did an ab workout i saw on tiktok and idk if i just did everything wrong but my legs are already sore

yea i did crunches and flutter kicks which are both new to me so i think i just didnt do it right

Okay I can guess what ur doing wrong. Crunches. Put your feet under something to hold them down. Lift with the top of ur chest. Ur clenching ur legs to help leverage you when you should be rolling w the top of ur spine

Flutter kicks you should also be sort of propped up off the floor w ur shoulders. It’s kinda hard for me to figure out how to target the muscles bc I’m sitting in my college cafeteria but focus your attention on your core and not the movement itself. Try to clench and channel ur energy into moving your legs from your hips and not your knees if you can understand what I’m saying

U should be trying to also balance with your core and not your legs/arms
