I feel like me personally being from an ethnic background, it would be very hard to just have parents and siblings. Extended family gets upset and it becomes a “shame” if you don’t invite them

My plan was always to elope somewhere and just have a “combined” family reunion to celebrate (Seeing the northern lights in Alaska or Greenland have always been on my bucket list so hopefully that will be the elopement lol)
