It rarely turns out good depending on how long you’ve had the crush. Once you paint a picture of the person in your head, you’re usually left disappointed by reality.

You meet, decide to go out, date and see if it leads to a relationship? I met my bf at work, we became friends, started hooking up, then started dating. I wouldn’t consider that a crush. To me a crush is usually an infatuation from afar and not real feelings based on anything. Like my crush is the fedex delivery driver but I don’t know anything about him. Idk if that makes sense out loud
