In what way? every president before has with held the power to make presidential orders which are reviewed by congress and the supreme court I can assure you from experience in Russia China and other places actually under an authoritarian leader we are not under one or in the direction. No black people should not receive special programs no LGBTQ+ should not be catered to. the repealing of these programs redirect tax payer dollars.

You’re using kidnapping in a false tense to do you mean taking them into federal custody and being placed into pre established deportation centers? You do clearly understand if an officer has probable cause you were involved in a crime ie being at a protest where violence against federal agents occur your 5th and 14th amendment rights are not violated and you legally can be held 48-72 hours without charges being filed part of the process btw and you do not have right to a phone call in that frame though one can be granted so what exact rights are being infringed upon as you DO NOT UNDERSTAND your own rights

Have you not seen videos of the “protests” and if you can provide me names I’m sure I can find you sure examples of how they could have fallen under probable cause! Freedom to assemble does not protect protests that interfere with federal agents and does not sanction assaulting said agents who at the end of the day have the same rights as us but the left tends to view them as less then equal 🤷‍♀️
