i called once and they put me on hold for like 10 minutes so i hung up and had my mom call for me and they answered her immediately so that was my sign that my mom should just be doing it for me from now on

I finally made the call an hour in but haven’t actually had the chance to make an appointment, I literally feel like throwing up 😭 and I’ve been delaying this a week
