if making fun of MAGA women’s looks, amongst many other things, makes me not a girl’s girl well… that’s a character flaw I’m will to accept. especially since those women had every opportunity & privilege to learn their foundation shade 🙃

the thing is tho is when you make fun of their looks/makeup women who ARENT maga and who are actually good people who just happen to share those traits/lack of skill are going to see that and internalize whatever insults you’re aiming at MAGA women. like it’s just so much easier to go after their views instead

Or the fact that they want to be dark as hell with their spray-on tans but will happily shout the N-word or call Black people ugly. 💀

Isn’t it better to make fun of them bc of their beliefs and choices

No cause that’s so valid. How are we gonna support women who are actively against supporting other women legally? I won’t support them socially or politically lmfao

I think it’s different. If I’m making an insult its personal to them. If they wanna uphold sexist white supremacist beauty standards and put down people who aren’t conforming… they can be criticized for not even conforming to that ridiculous standard as well. This “MAGA barbie” schtick needs to be called what it is: ugly

EXACTLY my point—these people are white supremacist sexists who wanna tell other people what the beauty standard is. well i think their beauty standard is ugly. beauty is subjective. i don’t have to think every woman is beautiful. & no this take ain’t politically correct or girl’s girl & no i don’t really care.

i mean yeah i’m not arguing that they’re upholding sexism and white supremacy and every other awful thing, i’m just saying if you insult someone for being bad at makeup you’re going to be hurting a lot more than just the racists you’re aiming at

“How can you criticize a woman upholding white supremacist beauty standard that’s not nice!” I actually find it like… so easy to call what they see as “beauty” lifeless and vapid and ugly! It is a physical presentation of their awful ideology of course I’m gonna criticize it

I’m insulting one woman. It’s not my responsibility to protect every girls’ feelings when I insult one person, to their face, in a controlled environment. And I’d like to think we’re grown up enough to realize critiques of Trump’s public officials of any kind of directed exactly where they’re aimed. I’m sick of liberal censorship of leftist critique on the grounds of it being unkind to call anyone ugly. I don’t care. White supremacist beauty standards are fucking ugly to me.

If you happen to meet them sorry, but let’s just acknowledge that forcing yourself to fit a mold MAKES PEOPLE UGLY. Diversity & self expression IS the beauty. The fake, “performance” of the standard is ugly to me & I’m never going to change my mind on that.
