i feel like not really? idk personally i’d be more upset if someone did it AFTER they tried (which they do have every right to do) but maybe im weird

everyone has their food preferences, it’s nothing towards the chef they just now what they like. that goes for salt, pepper, sauces etc. not a big deal.
