I’m a graphic design major, the first thing we are taught to look for is hidden penises and hidden swastikas. Knowing that, this had to have been intentional

Literally. It has to be intentional. I’d say “maybe they’re making a statement about how the current admins idea of ‘patriotism’ is incredibly similar to nazism” but we all know that’s not the case.
