As cold as this might sound- you’re selfish if you KNOW your child is going to be born with a disability/illness thats going to leave them in pain with zero quality of life. What’s the point of keeping them alive if they will never experience living?

No because I believe in natural selection. 4 women in my family have died from a glioblastoma, I had a glioma at 15 (it should’ve killed me, found it by mistake and before it developed into a glioblastoma) as if I’m having kids and risking passing that onto them or their kids. Killer brain tumors stop with me😭

Omg my aunt has a glioblastoma too and my mom died from breast cancer last year. I feel like i'm not gonna make it past 50

I’m so sorry 🩵 cancer is so absolutely dehumanizing whether you’re the sick one or a family members is. What the families of sick loved ones have to go through is not talked about enough in my opinion. My parents have never been the same, I can’t imagine what they feel and what you feel.
