For me, the most important thing is mindset. Try to get happiness from something other than food. This is hard, food is amazing lol. Just tell yourself you’ll be okay if you skip dessert and stick to it. -If you’re drinking your calories, switch to diet options where you can. -only eat meals when you’re hungry -stay away from processed food, if you want a sweet treat, bake cookies instead of buying them.

Even better if you need a dessert, make it just straight chocolate, rather than a blizzard or cake or even a candy bar. The less ingredients the better

In the summer I recommend running. It’s intimidating but incredibly effective once you get into it. Just make sure you get good shoes

Yea food is my downfall. I eat things I shouldn’t and I’m also a picky eater so it’s hard asf. Plus I feel like I eat so much but I think it’s because some days I don’t eat lunch then I am just so hungry afterwards and eat more than I should

Honestly I’m not into running. I played sports in high school and always hated running even if one of the sports had tons of running lol. Last summer after I graduated I tried just walking but then I got so damn tired of it. Plus work just drains my energy since I’m on my get already all day.

Totally understandable. This is what I tell myself: I know what it tastes like, I don’t need to eat the whole thing, this specific food isn’t going to disappear

True. My last year of college I tried counting calories in an app and after about 2 months I got sick of it and gave up. Plus it didn’t help my picker eaterness.

I’d recommend push ups everyday to build strength!
