Girl Talk on Sidechat | Did/do you guys have random changes in your periods? Like mine went from 20-24(ish) days with no cramps to 28-30(ish) days between with SUPER bad cramps (like can’t go anywhere for two days bad), but my most recent few have been 29-33(ish) with no cramps.

I literally just had to take a day and a half off work bc of my cramps, but tbf I have PCOS so it’s never been regular or easy for me. I used to just have one bad day of cramps and then would only bleed for like 4 days, now my period is getting longer and worse :/

It just makes me nervous because everyone I talk to says I’m being crazy, but something has just felt “off” the last 3-4 cycles. It’s not pregnancy because I’m abstinent, but something still feels off.

Hormones are weird and sensitive to the smallest things, I wouldn’t worry too much about it but a visit to your doctor/gyno is never a bad idea!
