
I’d suggest doing exercises other than cardio as well! Similar to what #1 said, your body could be trying to hold onto as much energy as it can right now because you’re fasting. Fasting can help with weight loss, but generally just a small calorie deficit (~500-600 kcal) is better for permanent weight loss than fasting is
I’m also trying to lose weight. I started mid December and I’ve only lost 5 pounds. Please remember that you can do everything right and still not lose as fast as you want. It can be discouraging to not see the number go down faster, but what really matters is how you feel in your body, not your scale. We’re in this together!
