You’re actually dumber than rocks if you think that’s true. People hate generative AI. Generative AI is ruining the planet. No one is pissy over your situation. One is professional use one is dumbasses asking their AI to make them look like a worm

but i also dont think it’s “saving the world” it’s causing mass amounts of environmental damage. plus i would say its the people who understand and are harnessing the helpful uses of ai that should be praised, not the computers

I think people aren’t willing to be patient enough to draw a distinction though between AI and the AI researchers/engineers that are finding use cases for it, unfortunately. When people say “AI Is killing the world and we need to firebomb all who work on it”, it’ss actually very concerning for me and my bf!
