SAME. i work as basically an academic counselor and before that i was a teacher. we literally are the ones giving kids the motivation to live some days. i can’t just take the backseat for a lil! lmao

Paras are so undervalued and underpaid for what they do. As someone going to school to teach children with disabilities, you guys are expected to do so much for so little it’s crazy. You have my utmost respect
