be so fr how do y’all stay motivated to work out like i’ll be motivated for like a week and then i completely lose it no matter what my reason for starting is😭usually doing a pre working such as walking usually helps me get in the mood. i have the advantage of being able to walk to the gym so usually the walk helps and it’s like “i’m here now gotta do at least something” and i definitely alternate on whether is an easy/short or hard/long day. tuesdays and thursdays and Saturdays are usually my hard days, and the others are the easy days
