Honestly motivation won’t stay, gotta learn the discipline and the feeling after working out will become addictive

usually doing a pre working such as walking usually helps me get in the mood. i have the advantage of being able to walk to the gym so usually the walk helps and it’s like “i’m here now gotta do at least something” and i definitely alternate on whether is an easy/short or hard/long day. tuesdays and thursdays and Saturdays are usually my hard days, and the others are the easy days

force urself to do a video even when u don't want to. hell it can even be 5 mins but anything is better than nothing in starting the routine
