i also have the kyleena but unfortunately i have experienced side effects! acne, weight gain, slight hair thinning but could be dye so, not sure abt that, and 100% mood swings 😪

Ughh this makes me so sad it’s worked so well for me im sorry :( i had one from 18-22, and just got a new one last year i have been doing well!! Idk i genuinely got blood tests done before i got it to make sure it’d be best for me

I already experienced mood swings tho im on other meds so idk, maybe my other meds/conditions balance it out but I haven’t experienced physical side effects at least. I don’t get a period anymore!! And that’s honestly top tier. I got one bc I had the most severe period cramps it was unbelievable

oohh yes one thing i do love abt having the kyleena is not having a period! my flows were pretty heavy and cramps were terrible but i don’t have to deal w them anymore 🥹🙏 i’ve had mine for maybe 3 going on 4 years and ive probably cramped a total of 3 times, they were AWFUL cramps but, ~3 times in 3.5 years is amazing!
