Update everyone so I went and bought cold medicine & off brand Afrin 😍 I can breathe and I am starting to feel better. Grandma gave me a humidifier and I’m gonna get soup. There is hope

Yes I’m VERY aware afrin is dangerous and addictive, I’ve used it once or twice in the past and that’s it, only ever when it gets this bad, my nose is dry and genuinely hurts from me having to blow / wipe it 🥲 so to go to sleep breathing tonight will be peak

I realized this post has been up for a minute but get some of the breathe right nose strips! They’re supposed to help with snoring but I can breathe so much better with one on if I’m sick

Ugh those are just expensive though :( maybe I’ll look into it for after I’m not using afrin (there’s a 3 day max bc of how well it works + so you don’t get addicted)
