I’m actually the opposite. I felt like I was too skinny at a “healthy” weight (not just my opinion, ppl used to comment all the time how skinny I was). But now that I’m 10-15 lbs “overweight” I feel like I look healthier & ppl rarely comment on my weight
Do you guys also feel fat at a healthy weight just because you’re not in the very lower end of a healthy weight.. I hate it

I mean I don’t think ppl should be commenting bc it’s none of their damn business, but I just feel so much better about myself now that I’ve gained weight

I’m OP of that post and I can’t speak for anyone else but I feel like when you’re tall and also bigger weight wise (and you’re gonna weigh more than a shorter person the same size) you just feel like a giant all around and the need to compensate for being so big height wise by being skinny even more so. Where if you’re short and a little bigger you’re still not like some big giant. (Not saying that’s how people should think but I feel like it’s very much a thing esp around 6ft)

Idk if that makes sense

And then that number at a healthy weight is still gonna be like 155 pounds at the same thin/fat level of like a 120 pound short person. Idk I just think it’s interesting and I hope that makes sense

Ok I’m saying way too much but I also feel like people to compare myself to that are my height usually end up being models which isn’t great
