I’m from nyc and even I know not to compare our bbq/soul food to the south.

U can’t even say “southern bbq is better” bc it varies so much from state to state. IMO Texas BBQ beats everyone but NC is a close second

i meant the south in general, but arkansas bbq is pretty good in the right cities
