Ladies who wear pads, period underwear are the best thing I’ve ever gotten in my life. They’re low-waste and just so much more comfortable and absorbent than a regular pad.

I thinking of trying those … do you use the disposable or the rewashable underwear?

I’ve been curious about them but are they messy? How do you wash them? I like pads because I can change them out a billion times throughout the day

No they’re not messy in fact I feel much more secure throughout the day. You wash them like any other underwear like #2 said. The downside is if you do want to switch them out multiple times a day you have to get multiple pairs but I have about 8 and I just use them for the heavy parts of my period and change twice a day.

Just carry a clean pair with you to school/work?
