real reason i don’t coach anymore is cuz it doesn’t pay enough for me plus i don’t like coaching little kids i can only do older kids or the young team kids cuz idk how to teach basics they’re so basic they’re just ingrained in me idk how to explain them 😭

i once had a training group where the age ranges from 7 to 15 and the 15 year old who was bigger and taller than me expected me to be able to spot them the same way i was able to with the 7 year old like girl! i can’t hold u above my head pls no
