I’m sure you probably didn’t have the option but if you’re in that situation again try to get behind them so you have control over the situation (and call the police)

I pulled over .. I was scared and calling someone is illegal while driving in my state

I think 911 is an exception, I’ve called before whole driving bc someone road raged me and tried to run me off the highway. They didn’t give me any problems for it
