Do you weigh more on ur period because istg I weighed myself 5 days ago and I was 169lbs now I’m 178, I calorie count, gaining that much weight for me is mathematically impossible. I don’t eat, so what is it. I weighed myself on tile both times, same spot

The thing is I weighed myself Monday, today is Friday. I got my period Wednesday so why did I not weigh heavier even a couple days before my period

I weighed myself with the same clothes, my pjs. The only difference for today is I have a pad on and ofc changed my undergarments

Consider, if you were -5lbs from normal due to having digested and being low on water, and +5 for retention and food. Also that could be the high end of 169 and the low end of 178, making it closer to 8lb change Also, dont let it get to your head, be consistent and patient. Take care of yourself first and foremost

it’s probably not you, there could be tons of things going on, from variation with the scale to your body handling liquids differently at different times
