I think of it as "I want a girl who does both - be into fitness [yes prolly meaning skinny] and also not anal abt it and can pig out". it's joke-y/ while being serious about his claims like how girls can say "I want the duality of a man who

yes my analogy doesnt line up exactly but im not trying to convince you to see that its funny. just takeaway the structure of mens' [poor] humor (no i am not one, I am female)
