I feel like my friend uses me as a therapist. I have no problem listening to her vent but I feel like that’s all she does. And if I say anything else she turns the conversation back to herself and her problems. How do I talk to her without being a dick

She’s not too busy to send me reels on IG though… another thing. She sends me so much stuff but never looks at the stuff I would send her. She even told me for one video she just looked at the thumbnail for 10 seconds and didn’t watch. So I cut back. :/
