I hope the parents took away that kids Stanley if that was my kid I would be giving my kid one of those floppy bag water bottles.

if this is happening at school, make sure u get staff involved and document these bullying instances. if something more severe happens to ur niece, her parents will be able to take action against the school for not properly intervening
