Think of all the things you love that you would never get to see again. For me that list starts with something like sunsets. Fresh coffee in a cute mug sitting on a porch. I’d never get to laugh so hard I’m crying again. Feeling very deep down in the hole also means you are capable of feeling very strongly, and there is something very beautiful about the capability to feel so deeply. Remember that it will swing the other way eventually.

Fresh cold fruit Singing and dancing The changing seasons You are loved you are loved you are loved You’ll wrinkle like a tissue cast aside laden with the tears of your beloved and you will belly laugh around a fire and you’ll fall asleep in a weird place and you’ll eat a delicious rich meal and you’ll be okay I promise. I love you.
