If it’s not healed I would go back to whatever place you got it and ask for another one so it won’t completely come off

This and buy one or two extra if you can, I’ve started doing that with all of my new piercings and idk why I haven’t started doing it sooner

I’ve learned this the hard way myself. It’s especially helpful if you’re like me and live 45 minutes away from your piercer and you lose a piece of jewelry on a Saturday night but they don’t open again until 10am Tuesday
