I don’t rlly trust the patch tbh. It seems the placement options are so specific if I put it in the wrong spot i’d mess it up. And the ring is too intimidating 😭

There are lots of spots you can put the patch and you’ll learn quickly what your options are the patch is small is the areas you can put it on are decently large. And the ring is super easy! I don’t even use tampons and it’s fine. What intimidates you about it? Or maybe an implant?

I used to have the nexplanon and it was great the first year but the second year idk what happened but my hormones got all fucked up & I bled for like 3-4mo straight
