I mean yes and no. Personality plays a BIG role in it. My mom had one of the worst childhood imaginable but she is an amazing mother, but her sister who went through the same thing is not a great mom

omg i have known ppl who have said they want to have kids to heal their trauma and i’m thinking like shouldn’t you heal your trauma BEFORE having kids?!
