if u can afford it, leave. but pls get a plan before u do leave. what do u want to do after bartending? what's the goal here? also don't move until you have a job offer set

go for it but definitely don’t move until you have a job. ideally you should also go and visit potential apartments in person first also and drive what your commute would be etc. i did not do that when i moved to seattle and ended up in a less than ideal spot. and make sure you have enough money for emergencies, not just barely enough to afford your move in cost. and think about how expensive furnishings and supplies are too

the best decision i ever made was taking time off school and working full time. i saved a lot of money, found out who i was, became independent, and decided for myself that i wanted to go back to school. do it!

i mean lowkey. i do not want to bartend my whole life i was in school for sports broadcasting so maybe sayin im “in school” and get an internship ? i also did get into UT outta high school and my gpa worse than it is now so i should be good

i’ll say i stayed in an airbnb for the first couple of months since it was impossible to find a job without living there yet, then eventually after getting a job i moved to my own apartment

no i know and i fear i already do work full time w school so im sure that didnt help my burn out fs tbh i didnt think of air bnb but that is so an option to look at thanks queen !!
