Honestly that’s too long. I usually just go to my insurance website and check what providers are apart of the network. Usually it says if they’re accepting patients or not, if not then I call them cuz atleast ik they’re in network

If they aren’t responding for an intake, they will not be good attentive doctors and you should find a new one with better office management

Is there an option to go in person? If they’re ghosting you I’d find another I’m ngl cuz sometimes places like that suck. Like won’t call back about meds or appointments even if I get in

no, they dont have an inperson office as far as I can tell. I know the person im interested in seeing does take ppl in person but it didnt look like her office was in the same building as the org or anything. I've only been contacting them through like phone calls and emails, and this is my first time trying to schedule a psych app
