i’m a calorie deficit rn (literally only a 200-300 calorie deficit) and tell me why im literally miserable… the food noise is loud asf. it’s def a mind game. HELP
If you’re in a deficit and you’re hungry, ask if your hungry enough to eat an apple. If not, your body is bored looking for food

me too as of late!! i started getting up anywhere between 5:30-6:30 and just going on like an hour long walk. then i go back to bed for like half an hour before i actually have to be up lol

i’m actually on accutane right so i get my liver checked often and it always looks good! :)
