ST rant, but I don’t understand people saying Steve is ooc for how he’s treating Dustin? Yeah “mama Steve” very funny and I love their bond, but he’s in no way his actual parent? Literally a 2-3 year age difference at MOST 😭

Fans have always been exaggerating the dynamics between characters, character traits, etc. and believing that headcanons are or will become canon. It’s just stronger now because people are consuming more fanfiction than the actual fiction 😭
