Eat more filling food so you eat at less times during the day/night

With how much you walk around if you up your fiber and protein weight would literally melt off. And making sure to eat Whole Foods and not fast food helps sooo much !!

I do a lot of bed yoga and I walk whenever I can. I walk on my campus in between classes listening to my lectures (I’m an Exercise Science student so maybe you could do the same for nursing).
