Going crazy in my room bc i definitely have adhd but my symptoms got worse with age and I have never been diagnosed yet 👍 but I seem “normal” since my hyperfixations are typical girly things…but I’m really struggling.

Thank you! Yeah, some days are better than others. I’ve felt a bit upset this weekend so that def didnt help. Taking it day by day
