it’s interesting, the vape addicts i know are all super extremely athletic. guess it balances out… they’re probably more fit and have better lung capacity than me 😫

As a former athlete + vape user. I quit vaping because I started to feel crackling in my lungs waking up sometimes. Bad juju. Bad bad bad. I hope everyone is able to quit eventually. The habit is soo so hard to kick. I still want one sometimes. I’ve been vape free since August/sept 2025
