🔴paying the mortgage and I live hours away and have my own rent and I cannot afford an extra $400/mo so I started the eviction process bc they have 6mo unpaid rent, AND the power and water were cut off (I couldn’t get it turned back on w/out paying for 1k in unpaid fees). I went to change the locks and these ppl stole all the appliances and left HUMAN FECES on the floor

Holes in the walls. Cabinets missing. THE FLOORING IS GONE. Shower is disconnected and the water is just running onto the ground under the house. And I get it landlord bad yadda yadda but I figured I was doing good by renting it for the mortgage payment and utilities bc where else r u gonna find anywhere for $400/mo. I feel so taken advantage of bc they were family friends that knew my grandparents and promised me they’d take care of it :(
