ngl i don’t think it’s really enforced. At least what I’ve seen, the cops will really only arrest u if ur driving or really drunk in public. Most kids just get a warning or a citation

If you’re talking about the US then usually they’ll just give a warning or a MIP (minor in possession) that goes on your record that you can get taken off if you go to classes or do community service etc, unless it’s something bad or you’ve had multiple offenses

yea as long as you’re not being belligerent and annoying to the people around you, they probably won’t even notice you’re underage drinking.
