How does a panic attack start for you guys? I started getting this dizzy feeling and I started to freak out, went to the emergency room, and as soon as I was admitted everything went back to normal

hard to breathe, heart rate high as hell and won't go down, spiral into bad thoughts and can't get out of it, and dizzy if i don't focus in on getting my breathing under control. sometimes nauseous, highly recommend learning ways to snap urself out of it as it can help a shit ton
