Ngl I use Flo but legit only to plop my days in then I get off ts. But I’ve also used it for like 10 years now so I alr know my cycle pretty well and forget to log it half the time so😭 I don’t experience the ads but again, I only am on the app for a max of like 3 minutes every month

i really like stardust and aavia, no ads and i believe they’re women-owned so no worry of wrong info or a badly made app

Clue is good! The only ad is for their premium version. They’re also subject to EU data privacy regulations, which are very strict.
