turns out auditory hallucinations while you’re falling asleep is pretty common and schizophrenia generally starts showing up in people in their late teens and early 20’s so i had never had hallucinations before this LMAO

i was smoking crazyyyyy amounts of sativa strain weed every night and that’s what triggered my hallucinations honestly i’m pretty sure you can have hallucinations without schizophrenia, it has to do with the intensity and frequency of

I’ve had auditory hallucinations when I’m really tired. I also used to have them as a kid as I was falling asleep, I’d hear someone playing piano downstairs (we never had a piano). But I grew out of that
