My mom gave me an ed, she financially abused me, she’s narcissistic and controlling. My dad assaulted me and never had a nice thing to say abt me. These people say they love me and want me home after I graduate and make me out to be the worst cuz I left

imo it’s still worth trying to ask them if you at least did well in their class. i hardly talked to one of mine and she still wrote a letter that helped get me in. my undergrad thesis supervisor was my other one and she gets requests from tons of students she barely knows and almost always says yes. wish i could help more i hope your situation gets better soon :(

unless it specifically says they need to be from profs you can get them from bosses/any other volunteering supervisors you might have had. that’s what i did and i got into grad school

My thing is I only have 1 prof like that. I took a bunch of courses online and didn’t do well in my in person classes. Or atleast not that much

at my school it’s totally normal to ask profs you had online. idk if that’s maybe not the case at your school but it might still be worth just asking anyways so you know you did everything you could
