If she’s actually crazy probably don’t text her and distance yourself from her as much as possible

Sorry about the confusion! Mutual friend is she and she is crazy. I wasn’t referring it to my ex.

Def distance from the mutual friend, you could ask your ex if she told them anything and just explain you don’t want lies to be spread about you if it would affect your relationship with other people in your circle
